Great food, Great husband and wife Teamwork/Customer Service. I am so excited about this new Egg roll that they are about to release called Birria egg rolls. My husband and I had the pleasure of sampling them today and I am a birria kind of Girl and l've only had it in tacos but These egg rolls and the sauce is life, It is a must Try. The food is always seasoned just right too

Had the fish on a Friday night hype type of deal pulled up on the truck in Las Vegas @ steward and Las Vegas Blvd the fish was fresh fried perfect • I'm very proud of the accomplishment from this truck!

Amazing, hot, fresh, and flavorful food! My absolute favorites were the unique egg rolls and the fried fish—both packed with flavor and cooked to perfection. Honestly, everything on the menu was delicious, but those two stood out the most. The service was super friendly, and the whole experience gave me that comforting feel of home-cooked goodness. Definitely a food truck worth coming back to again and again!
